γ
Editing
No major editing post-rough sketch.
After accepting the commission, I will be returning with the rough sketch of the art, and I will be open only this time for some changes. Any changes after that would mean additional fees that I will be charging, and I hope this is understandable.
δ
Payment
I will be sending an invoice over to your e-mail address after I have decided to accept the commission. Note that I will not start any work before the payment is complete. Generally, I would appreciate receiving the amount in full before I start--but I can be flexible on down payments for the higher-priced commission types like the sprite and the VTuber model commissions.
ε
Refunds
I will not be issuing refunds.
The only exception to this is when I have to cancel the order after I have accepted the commission.
ζ
Posting
I usually like to upload commissioned artworks, but please do let me know if you don't want me to post the art. No worries, I'd still ask before I do. For your part, yes, you could post the art somewhere else as long as morals are held (credits are appreciated, no post-processing without my permission, etc.).
ζ
Utilities
You are free to use my art any way you like, again, as long as morals are held.
θ
Creative Freedom
While I like hearing preferences from clients, I also appreciate giving me enough space to exercise my creative freedom. Too many specifications and details, say, for a sketch artwork would mean that I will be working harder than what I'd get in return.
ι
Files
To retain the original quality of the artwork when I send it over, I will be uploading them on Google Drive, Dropbox, sta.sh, or e-mail. I'd usually go for Google Drive, but let me know if you have any other preferences.
